1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as the legal agreement between the ru77 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). When you visit the ru77 website, open an account, or use any service, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

2 Account Registration and User Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, ru77 reserves the right to close all of them and any earned bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided during registration must be completely true and accurate. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for account verification. Withdrawals may be suspended if the required documents are not submitted.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.

ru77 will not be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our system.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit on ru77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Such deposits will be refunded and the account may come under investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals cannot be processed if the wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 will give the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus alone, not the deposit and bonus combined). For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Conditions

• A bonus applies only once per account.
• If a bonus offer is misused, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• ru77 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• A full record of bonus earnings and usage will be visible in your account.
• Account verification (KYC) must be fully completed to use the offer.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting services on ru77 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. SSL encryption and certified random number generators (RNG) are used to ensure impartiality.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game.
• If any game result is affected by a technical error, that round will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error will not be considered valid.
• For sports betting, a bet can be changed up until it is finalised.

6.1 General Betting Policy

Before placing a bet, make sure you understand the relevant game rules and odds. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. Details of every transaction are stored in your account history.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability.
• Misusing bonus offers or placing bets with the intent to defraud the system.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users through the platform.
• Allowing underage individuals (under 21) to access or use an account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By ru77

ru77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or failure to complete verification.
• Legal reasons or instructions from a regulatory authority.

8.2 By the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, the available balance (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met) can be withdrawn. If self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened before the set period has ended.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ru77 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ru77 with all rights reserved. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content elsewhere without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
